Your coaching process to help moms reach their goals, either in money, health, or relationships, is going to refine itself over your coaching journey. But you got to start somewhere. So trust your gut, and come up with the general steps you lean on to get your clients the results they’re hiring you for. If you don’t have a process yet, I invite you to borrow the four step process I started off with when I first began as a mom coach and has grown with me over the years.
While my business coaching has a different strategic approach, the essence of the process remains the same. Check it out, tweak as you see fit and put on your lab coat. Coaching and business are really all about experimenting and evaluating as you go. The important part is simple to start somewhere.
On this week’s podcast episode you’ll hear:
Niche drama and process drama are very closely related. Kissing cousins really. How to squelch them both.
How I came up with my own process, or pillars to my mom coaching approach, and how to come up with yours.
The beauty of your watching your coaching process grow alongside your coaching career AND your kids.
