Just like you’re your child’s first teacher, you’re also your own first mom coach. Which is handy because like the mothering path, the becoming a coach journey is not for the faint of heart and can bring up some interesting emotions and deeply rooted insecurities and self-doubt.
Having some self-coaching practices in place, and remembering to dive into these on a regular basis, can really make difference in how quickly, and how blissfully, you find success in your mom coaching practice.
On this week’s podcast episode you’ll hear:
How we all have a natural mom coach within us and how to remember and trust that
How to cultivate a growth mindset in your coaching biz and the simple daily mindset hacks to keep it top of mind
If it wasn’t for awareness around my limiting beliefs I’d probably be super sick, broke and single by now.
The importance of shining a spot light on our most habitual thoughts, especially during times of stress and uncertainty, and how to reroute those brain grooves to create more helpful go to mantras that will bring you back to your intuitive, brave and true center.
