How to Know if You Need a Life Coach

August 20, 2019

With all the distractions, mess and complications life constantly offers it’s no surprise that you catch yourself asking the question – Do I need a life coach?

There is so much beauty and connection that happens from being in a coaching relationship I’d hate for you to miss you out. So in this week’s Mama Bliss in Life and Biz podcast I offer a few reasons you might want to consider getting a life coach.

Always having a coach in my corner is something I feel very passionate about so I want every mom to have someone, over their shoulder, reminding them to breathe and opening up their vision and possibilities to reach their dream potential and dream life.

Do I need a life coach

Some of the tidbits you’ll find inside this episode:

If you have a hazy vision of yourself in the near future, if you just tapped into your potential, you need a life coach.

A life coach can help you reconnect with your sense of identity and purpose that may have been muddled with all the distractions that often being a modern mama can bring upon us.

You’re feeling an ache to being deeply listened to. That’s what will happen if you hire a life coach. We’re trained to hold space for you to birth forward your inner knowing. So if you live with a non-talker like me, getting a life coach is a game changer.

Could be for you too if you have a more concrete goal in your heart and head. A life coach can help you come up with solid action steps to reach it and the bonus of having someone hold you accountable to taking them.

Speaking of steps, a  life coach could also help you in breaking down some of the steps toward reaching your goals into more manageable bite size pieces. This service is especially appreciated by busy moms and creatives. And creative, busy moms! Little steps add up.

You need support in a specific life challenge. There are coaches, even within the niche of mom coaches, that offer support for one common struggle. I know that I was blessed enough to experience coaching services from a homeschooling coach, a time-management coach, a relocation coach, a Waldorf mom coach… all in different seasons of my early parenting years.

Experience a life coach if you’re simply curious around what it’s like.  It’s one of those things that needs to be experienced because the benefits are sometimes hard to explain.
