If you birthed a kid you can birth a coaching biz is what I always like to say. And what can be more laborious and mentally grueling than the act of giving birth? Building and growing a coaching biz of course!
The secret to any business success is adopting a success mindset. And luckily, as moms, we are set up with the mindset skills needed to find and serve the moms we coach with this foundation laid by the very act of being a mom.
We never give up. We have strong yet loving boundaries. We internally speak to ourselves (most times) with kind words and gentle eyes. And so much more.

How else is your mom mindset serving your coaching biz mindset?
The hormones that open your body to birth reminds you that the Universe has your back. Same goes for your biz. Hormones! That and remembering there’s no going back.
Remembering that each uncomfortable sensation you’ll feel in your coaching biz is only meaning you’re one push closer to reaching your goal.
How gratitude for simple things works in biz mindset as well – just like in motherhood!
Paying attention to the signs that things are working. You’re getting inquiries on your coaching. You’re having people reply to your newsletter. Leaving comments on social media. Asking to join your group. Attending your webinar. Celebrate all the little and big accomplishments because it’s going to remind your brain that taking action feels good.
Check in often with what your clients need. As moms we anticipate what our kids needs are. Years in advance sometimes. Tap into your mothering intuition (and sometimes good old fashion sleuthing) and course adjust as needed.
Add reminders to your daily ritual that you’re an expert. You can always fill in the gaps to feel into this deeper in many different ways.
