I typically only work 20 hours a week as a coach. But lately those work hours have been inconspicuously creeping up. And it took a doctor’s appointment to shine a light on that fact and remind me that a successful mom coaching biz can be run on only 20 hours a week. And probably more efficiently than if you had 40 hours a week in your home office.
I wasn’t quite at 40 hours a week but I was starting to creep up there. And to be honest it wasn’t like it was solid work hours. More like sitting there ‘at work’ but not really being super productive. I’ve been at my desk lately from six in the morning to almost four in the afternoon. With breaks to walk, ski and and eat poutine of course like a good Canadian. But it was starting to wreak havoc on my nervous system and psyche.
This week in the podcast I’m going to show you they why and the how to design a 20 hour a week work schedule for your mom coaching biz and how to be your own boss to make sure you stick to it.
