Your future coaching clients are just around the corner. Imagine them in detail. Where they’re at in their life’s journey? What are they stuggling with that you, with your unique blend of skills, expertise and life experience, can help them through? Where will they be after you work together?
Once you have clarity on the answer to these three questions – congrats! Not only do you have a niche statement, you have the ingredients for a coaching package that your mom coaching clients will be hard pressed not to sign up for.

Make the sole purpose of this be to deliver the one result you’re all about with your vast range of tools you bring to the table. This is will alleviate part of the fear of having to niche down because you don’t have to let go of any of your superpowers or passions!
Why removing excess fluff from how you describe how you help will make your offer a no-brainer and hypoallergenic.
Getting clear on the difference between feature versus benefits will help outline the value of your coaching package. And why to resist it is crazy pants.
Ask yourself how long it’ll take for your client to reach these results. That’s how long your coaching package should be.
The importance of getting on the discovery call helping them see how their life will look like in that amount of time – both if they work with you AND if they don’t work with you.
Challenge yourself to deliver tangibles so that those who have never experience the magic that is getting coach (the intangible) will literally get something of value while they also receive something that is priceless – getting to work with you!
