Want to know what’s truly holding you back from getting the mom coaching clients you want? Your brain. More specifically, the way you’re thinking about your ability to coach. Your creeping self-doubt that you can even make a difference. And on a deeper level, it could be a deeply ingrained belief that you’re only allotted a certain amount of happiness.
The good news is, this is perfectly normal. You’re not an imposter. This is just your brain doing that thing again. Trying to keep you comfortably alive. You’re a human having a human experience that occurs when you’re going for a big goal.
While it’s not the super bowl, it’s still huge in your inner Universe. So this very worthy of much self-exploration. It’s not going to feel like a day at the spa. Exploring what’s up with your imposter syndrome is going to do just what the name implies. It’s going to make you feel like an imposter. But you’ll survive. So let’s get to it.

What imposter syndrome technically. With a quick google I learned it’s the experience of feeling like a phony—you feel as though at any moment you are going to be found out as a fraud—like you don’t belong where you are, and you only got there through dumb luck.
