How Make Consistent Income with Your Mom Coaching Biz

October 30, 2020

My favorite part of first meeting a new client during a discovery call is the part where I get to ask her about what her income goals for her coaching biz are. It’s always precluded that it’s a total pipe dream. But the good news is that no matter what, it’s usually attainable. If things are kept simple. The more simplified you can keep your biz the more likely you’ll be able to stick to your marketing plan and reach your revenue goals.

It takes time, and it’s not a guaranteed set amount each week, but if you keep your plan simple, consistently show up, your monthly income will follow suit.

But this can be a major mental hurdle for many mom entrepreneurs to have to hurdle themselves over. The lack of a consistent paycheck. It can feel risky.

Being an entrepreneur is risky. But less risky than being an employee in different aspects. You can’t get fired for instance. And the only equivalent to being fired is to quit. And the more we can keep you business simple, you can pay yourself consistently the more willing you’ll be to take the leap and go all in. But first, let’s help you wrap your mind around how you’re going to make money doing this in a sustainable way.

How to Make Consistent Income With Your Mom Coaching Biz

Listen to this 85th episode and hear all about:

Stick with simple. One niche, one three – six month coaching package that serves that niche, a simple marketing plan so that you can show up consistently and continuously adding new moms into your new coaching client journey.

Whatever you charge (and what I recommend you charge) to create a three to six month package – just decide and stick to it.

Offer so much free value in your simple, 4×1 marketing plan. When they’re ready to work with you there is one way to do it. And until then, keep adding value and wait for her to say yes to start working with you.

Why waiting to be fully booked out is the first step to reach consistent income and what happens after that.

How I’m book keeping so consistent income is designed in my business model. It’s based on Profit First but it’s done Kathy style. But do check out the book by Mike Michalowicz and/or check out the training by my friend Cheryl Belber in my Facebook group.

And if you need help with getting this plan of a simple biz that allows you to grow as your kids do – book your discovery call with me today. I’ll hear where you’re stuck in your mom coaching biz and I’ll help you simplify for this long term plan, and how I can be with you every step of the way as you put this together.
