A lack of confidence can be detrimental in your mom coaching biz. If imposter syndrome or self-doubt around your ability to help your clients and knock their coaching client socks off is holding you back, then you’re not going to put yourself out there as a coach. In fact, you might even subconsciously self-sabotage your marketing efforts so you don’t have to put yourself in that uncomfortable position.
I don’t want that not only for you but also for your future clients. Those moms who can’t wait to work with you. The ones who need you need you and your special brand of coaching medicine that is the amazing experience that is getting to work with you.
While you will figure out your own strategies as you progress along your coaching career path I thought I’d save you some time and maybe heartache by sharing what what works for me. I hope this inspires you to create your own strategies and rituals to pump up the jam on your coaching confidence too.

Want to get over the fear of showing up as the awesome mom coach that you are? Listen in as I share what works for me. Stuff like:
Remembering what has given me confidence in the past when I had to show up despite the fear. (Alternate nostril breathing, anyone?)
Trusting in cellular memory and divine guidance that will allow for the coaching call unfold exactly as it should.
Ensuring I have my systems in place and I stay organized.
The coaching principles will not fail and how I put ritual in place to get me in a confident mindset each and every time.
Remember I’m an expert because of my chosen niche. Yet another awesome reason to declare a niche – even within the realm of coaching moms.
Staying as consistent as possible with my marketing plan not only builds confidence in my audience that I show up when I say I will, but instills confidence in me as well.
I hope you find this helpful. Just remember to use whatever has worked in the past and see how you can apply it to your mind frame around this. While all coaching practices are going to be as unique as the coaches themselves, a universal part of the journey is figuring out how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
To use the yoga and birthing analogy one last time – breathe through it. Breathe in and feel in the discomfort and exhale out any emotions that aren’t going to serve you or your client on the other side of the zoom screen.
