Probably the funnest part of running a coaching biz is the part where you actually get to coach your clients. Unfortunately, your coaching day is made up of a lot more tasks than simply connecting with your beloved clients on your weekly coaching call. You are also promoting your coaching services by sticking to your marketing plan. Getting on discovery calls with potential clients. Not to mention the administrative tasks that, even though you may have already outsourced to someone, they’re still needing your attention to a certain level.
And then there’s the heavy lifting that us solopreneurs wipe our brow from. The mind drama. You really need to add that up there on your priority list. So saying all that, it’s easy to see how running a biz can lose it’s fun factor after all while. We don’t want that.
Because once it stops being fun anymore, you’re not wanting to show up. And that’s how we get the clients that are so fun to coach. Or just as bad, we show up but in an energy that’s off putting and not attracting the clients you want to work with.
So let’s get some fun going on again, okay?

Number one. You can add and take away according to what works today How my 4×1 plan is kinda like a margarita ready to be thrown in the blender. You’ll have to listen to learn what the heck I’m talking about. Keep it simple as a smoothie or add a couple of splashes of this and that when more appropriate. Either way, it’s deliciously fruitful in creating results.
Number Two : Ask yourself – how can I make this 5% more fun? Journal on that one. Or the flip question. How can I make this 5% less serious?
Number Three: Work less hours. Can you also here the theme song to Mission Impossible? This will allow for more time to dive into self-care, creative play and be inspired by whatever else cranks your bliss. And not only that, you get to have the fun of being laser focused to get the task done in less time than you thought you needed. You get to play with this.
Number four: Explore the thoughts that are bringing up the opposite of fun feelings. What’s not fun? Stress, pressure, overwhelm. What thoughts are triggering those feelings? Dig through your brain like a junk drawer and see what thoughts might be bringing those up. I have a nipple story to share! So make sure you take a listen to this episode.
Number five . Think of what you’re passionate outside of work. How can you incorporate that into your biz? Everything in life is exactly like whatever it is you’re passionate about. And not to mention too that metaphors galour live in what you do outside of your biz. And your ideal clients might be into the same interests at you that may be fun.
