It’s hard to find a feeling that’s more delicious than anticipating the moment you reach your mom coaching business goals. Or even the moment you become a coach. But why not milk that feeling? Allow it to be the fuel that propels you both to that desired destination but also stay in the sweetness of the present moment. A skill we aim to master as coaches, and mamas, anyway.
There are a few ways you can coach yourself to love up this feeling that is technically ‘excitement about something that’s about to happen’. Because if you’re committed to your goals in your coaching biz you are indeed going to make it happen. Don’t allow that excitement be mistaken for fear that it’s not going to happen and want to fast forward to the next milestone.
