I’m all about helping you build a profitable mom coaching business. And doing this between the hours of drop-off and pick-up because chances are very good you’re a mom yourself.
My mission is to help you discover what sets you apart in the sea of coaches so you can more easily attract your dream clients and get consistent new clients. Mentoring with me also includes additional training in coaching tools and strategies that moms in particularly respond beautifully to so you can move forward in your goals with confidence and delivering results your clients will gush about to others.
The bliss begins with helping you design a simple business plan to help you gain the clarity on the value you bring to your dream mama’s life and strengthen your commitment to help her in the struggles you’re an expert at solving.
My core philosophy is also all about releasing perfection and celebrating you in all your true glory. This one simple act makes life and biz SO much more blissful and balanced.
And latte. Oh yeah. Lots and lots of latte.
And who else is with me in holding the belief that nothing tastes more delicious than reaching your income goals while supporting the moms who are seeking our specific help?
I know together we can meld your expertise, passions and gifts together to find your niche, hone your coaching skills and with that, a coaching practice that delivers a dependable monthly income AND allows you to stay close to the home fires.
Which, in my opinion, is the best work commute ever.
How the bliss began
Being a hyper-crafty mama, I began blogging in 2006 as a way to participate in sew and knit-a-longs.
But I wanted to connect with my readers and customers on a more intimate level still. And get nice and close to hear more life purpose discovery ca-chings. So I became a life coach.
I knew I wanted to serve moms, creative moms like me, so I created a coaching approach to help moms in way that resonates with their soul and world-view.
Soon my long term clients were voicing their wish to coach in this way too. For seven years I trained moms to become coaches themselves. Because a dream world to me includes coaches for all the mamas.
Today, I continue with that vision by helping life coaches who work with moms home in on their niche so they can most effectively make use of their coaching talents, time and effort to grow a biz that works sustainable and while the kids are at school.
Working with me is a combination of life coaching, business coaching and coaching training. It feels like you have a business partner, best friend and cheerleader all rolled into one by your side as you’re guided closer to your dream life and business that serves not only your perfect for you clients but you and your family’s needs as well.
Before there was the bliss of working as a coach…
After getting my Communications Studies degree, I worked for five years in advertising.
The first agency I worked at (I still work from the same desk I scored there) was a very small operation. It consisted of me and two guys helping hair transplanters and Lasik eye surgeons sell their craft with giant billboards and on hold ads.
I did everything there from approaching cute bald guys at free pancake breakfasts to be our ‘before’ models, to writing and producing on-hold commercials in recording studios in which I got to utter, with a straight face, ‘say it again. but this time with more of a smile in your voice’. Loved that part.
Then I did corporate recruiting advertising that one’s not as funny to write about.
I eventually quit the martini drinking and shoulder pads wearing to marry my soulmate, teach Ashtanga yoga full-time before experiencing two beautiful home births. First of our daughter, Edie and then our son, Kale, four years later.
And how about you?
I would love to hear about you and what you’re hoping to explore outside of this delicious pajama party called being an awesome mama.
