Hello, my name is Kathy Stowell. I’m a coach to overwhelmed mothers and a creator of courses and ebooks to help them draw in more simplicity into their days and discover ways to nourish themselves on all levels. I’m all about making mama time and then promptly filling your bliss bucket all the way to the brim.
I’m kind of a hedonist that way.
And this is a space where I attract many a mama like you; passionate, creative and seeking ways to live fully in the moment with your kids but still carving out the time and space to discover your own calling outside of parenthood.
Yes, I’m also a bit of an oxymoron.
I love to explore the bliss that lurks in the ordinary and play with the magic that reappears into our homes when all the excess, overwhelm, noise and whatever else that is not aligned with our dreams and ideals, are stripped away.
What do I mean by the Bliss?
Bliss~ the state of joy experienced when honoring the small delights hidden in the quieter moments of our busy mothering days.
Some of my bliss and dreams manifested so far~
My husband: I use to daydream a lot about Christopher Atkins and Gene Wilder growing up and if you squint your eyes just so….
Our two kids: A girl and a boy. They frolic really sweetly together and sport lots of hand knits.
Our little homestead: We are plunked down on seven acres of forest, garden and pasture in a little town we fell in love with while he was courting me. We are now living in the strawbale house we daydreamed about together so long ago.
My morning latte: I’m down to one now. Usually.
My daughter was born smack dab in the middle of our living room in a house located Downtown, Big City. And to be honest, I’m kind of borderline city/country girl just like I’m borderline introvert/extrovert. But here we are now.
The heart of my work is the belief that by striving toward a simpler, creative life, abundance, health and resilience will flow for generations to come.
And I’ve even been certified ~ twice! I’m a certified Simplicity Parenting Leader and Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach. I have the tools and skills to transform you from stressed to blissed, Mama, and I’m not scared to use them!
I look forward to sharing some time with you here and celebrate the sanctity of childhood and the sacred, glorious, scrumptious and sometimes goofy experience of being a blissed-filled mama.
Here are some of my best bliss bits to get you started:
And on the side bar you’ll find pretty pink buttons that will magically swoosh you over to many more.
